Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to become available and begin updating after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
